AS Pöyry Entec finished detail land use plan for racing track

Near Pärnu in Audru exists the only working racing track in Estonia. Audru Municipality wanted to develop Audru Circuit further. For that purpose a detail land use plan for longing the track (the aim was to make it suitable for Formula 3 standard cars, superbikes etc according all international standards) and giving the free land by the track a business development oportunity was carried out during last year. For us it was a second time to be involved in planning of racing track. Unfortunately first track planned and also designed by us in Viimsi is not becoming reality. But this gives Audru Circuit a strong advantage. Now it is the only existing racing track for bikes and cars with valid detail land use plan. The track is at the moment operated by Erki Sport OÜ.
